Pleasent service, a bit pricy for a second hand machine, but fair,! and had to wait a week for a delivery slot, but courteous staff, efficient and friendly, installed, plumed in and took old washing machine away, very pleased .

Went there today for the first time, tried to buy a small cot mattress and the lady with short brown hair refused to sell it as it was ?part of a set with a cot bed?. None of the other children?s beds or cots on sale had mattresses with them. It had no customers in browsing. Also, there are no toilets here even for customers. The same brown haired lady said there were no toilets even for customers. The lady was very short and her attitude wasn?t very good. Customer service here is non existent. Went to help for heroes instead and they were very good! ?

Good products and after care services, got a zanussi cooker three year's ago for £70.00 and it's still going strong yet.
