Service and food selection gone right down hill always queues coffee machines never working and you?ve the hard neck to put a self service till in.bring back that manager Dale I think his name was or marks and Spencer take your food store away from this petrol station and build a small one with your own coffee etc
Some off the reviews for this petrol station are shocking , is anything going to change or are you still going to bury your head in the sand

Turned up at 4.30am and pumps have cones round them, thought this place was 24hours??

Passed one day to find pumps coned off which usually means no fuel,so later on when I was getting low(on fuel)I phoned and a girl called Louise answered, she couldn't have been more helpful even answered a few other questions I asked,so thank you Louise.

Snarky checkout attendant had a go at me for trying to fill up at a pump with a cone in front of it. No covers on pump handles, pump worked - Go figure? Really poor, rude attendant needs some customer service training.

Yet again the garage advertised as 24hr and states OPEN online is yet again randomly CLOSED! This is happening more often! 3 times in the last couple of weeks that I know of!

Never ending with closures at this garage. Can't rely on turning up here and expecting fuel as the pumps and garage are randomly closed every single week and it's been like this for years but seems to be getting worse.

Great bp. Always clean usually stocked up staff are friendly and fule prices aren't the worst for a BP. Having the m&s products available is nice too even if they don't have everything. Although with it being a petrol station it is a wee bit more pricey than your local corner shop but I feel it makes up with that by being open 24h(usually)

Absolutely shocking this morning. Been waiting from 7.15 am this morning to get fuel as on red. Now after half 8 and still waiting. Have seen multiple vehicles wanting fuel and having to drive on. Takings will be down this morning. Would have went elsewhere but don?t have fuel to do so. Bad bad from bp Glenrothes.

Good friendly place nice staff it's a petrol station that sells good food and coffee it sells newspapers among other things.
