I?ve recently donated 5 full bags of good quality clothes some unworn still with tags, brand new slippers and shoes, CD?s, DVD?s and multiple bags of good quality items from a house clearance. Every time I?ve gone into the shop I?ve been met with indifference, almost as if my donating is an inconvenience, not even a thank you. I reckon the value of items would have been well into the thousands. Very disappointing so I don?t think I?ll be donating again.

Used to buy jigsaw puzzles for my elderly mum as she likes them, price for 1000pcs always was £2, this week came to the shop and price went up to £4, ridiculous as all other charity shops in Glenrothes sells these for £2. This puzzles cost £8 new in online shops with free home delivery. Delivery usually cost about £4, that mean new puzzle itself cost £4, and this shop charge £4 for used 1000pcs puzzles. Greedy management.If you sell them for £2, people will buy more and you earn more because of quantity.

Friendly helpful staff. Always find a bargain in this branch amazing selection of everything you can think of from books, household, kids clothing and toys, menwear, ladies look no further for casual to dress for a party, loads of handbags, shoes, sandals.

As a prop supplier for TV & Film, these type of stores are always Great for picking up bargains also have a look at the Debra Charity shop just across from this store for some great bargains.

What a fantastic addition to North Street, Glenrothes. Very kind and friendly staff. Very clean and tidy shop not like any other charity shop anywhere. Prices are excellent, value for money, you can even return items if you don't want them, just bring your receipt. They sell LPs, CDs, DVDs, books, bric-a-brac, childrens clothing, toys, ladies and gents clothing, shoes, boots, scarves, hats, christmas cards and wrapping. A bonus for this store is the changing room. Outside the store is ample parking, so if you are dropping off a donation, you don't have to walk too far !
