Joke of an asda , check your prices as special offers regularly, lable prices and till prices are not the same ,
Staff are rude and the home shoppers fly round corners nearly wiped out my 4 year old , didn't even acknowledge her mistake
(I get they are run ragged but still customer safety? ).
Management are useless, hoping to get you out the shop advising speak to head office ?? good luck with that , and they know it , a friend works at another branch and have said that's the general practice customer or staff they just fob you off.
Get to Morrisons, staff are nice , shops clean and tbh better priced

Disappointing experience this evening at Asda Glenrothes.
I don?t normally write negative reviews, but this left me frustrated. I asked a staff member at the self-service tills if they could print my receipt, as I had forgotten to do so. This was just one minute after I?d left the till. The response was abrupt - she claimed it wasn?t possible because someone else had started using the till and it could only print the last receipt. I knew this wasn?t true, but she directed me to her colleague, who confirmed the same thing. I?ve had receipts reprinted before, so I knew it was possible.
After expressing my dissatisfaction, I asked to speak to higher management and was told to go to Customer Service. To my surprise, one of the same staff members who initially said it wasn?t possible ended up helping the Customer Service representative print the receipt in under two minutes.
The situation was frustrating and could have been handled much better. The staff were uncooperative at first and provided misleading information. A simple, honest suggestion to head to Customer Service from the start would have saved time and hassle.
This was a needlessly difficult experience for what should have been a quick and straightforward request.

Absolute joke Asda Glenrothes this morning. 8am and they shut the large self checkouts to do something with the money at the checkouts. Having a large shop had to use the backet checkouts, as no one on the tills and due to bags over hanging had to call a person over about 20 times as items not recognised. Even before scanning shopping have to get your bags verified.

The only thing this place had going for it, was that it was open 24/7 but since covid it stopped and never got brought back, and the place has just went further downhill. All round awful store and awful staff.

Appalling attitude from the woman working the pizza counter at 10am this morning (Saturday 24th August). No pizzas made up when we arrived so politely asked the woman beind the counter if they were open for making one up. Was met with the most disgusting response....'YES we are open' while dishing out a a dirty look before turning her back on us and shaking her head while walking away. Had to bite my tongue and walk away before I blew a fuse. Not sure what her problem was? Real shame as we have been regulars of late but I won't be back after this. Chatting to family members about it and they say they have also experienced a stinking attitude from the staff behind that counter.

Asda has a large car part which is kept clean. I enjoy shopping here as the store is clean and tidy also the the staff are very helpful. A good selection of produce and good quality. Very good selections of wines spirits and beers. Freezers are full. There is a cafe and toilets. The clothes section is good and kept tidy. We'll done Asda Glenrothes

Attended customer service and waited for ten minutes. Eventually approached the two staff on the self check outs (who had been watching me the whole time) to be told it was closed due to staffing issues. Refused to help with the issue I had and told me to come back in between 8-8. The place used to be great but since covid it's become a hovel.

Bad customer service, staff standing about doing nothing while tills are all shut and tobacco kiosk shut at 10pm even though tobacco doesn't fall under Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 section 142 only alcohol does so It should of been open until the store closes at midnight (also use to be open 24/7)
