Car was due for an MOT on Saturday, with the MOT expiring on the Monday. Got really unlucky that smoke detector on site failed and with my car being a diesel the MOT couldn't be carried out.
Lauren at AC Glenrothes got the car sent elsewhere for it's MOT and back on site by 4pm on the Monday. I was a little disgruntled over the weekend & on the phone but fair play to Lauren/AC for getting it done and putting me at ease. Will be back for next years MOT again.

Second time buying from arnold clark. Paul Pitblado helped me with the process . He is professional at his job , very friendly and great customer service. Quick at answering emails and kept me informed with finance application, my first time using finance. The car was ready next day absolutely spotless , the paperwork went smooth . He made sure the car had a full tank and taxed for me to drive away . It was definitely worth the travel and will be going to paul for future car purchases. Second picture is the 40 mins drive home!

They are quick to sell you a car and have you sign all of the documents, but when it comes to fixing and sorting issues on the car, they do nothing but drag their heels. Before I bought my car, I was assured that the AC was working and had been re-gassed. It had not. And literally this has now been over a month and the issue is still not fixed and I keep having to chase them up on an update. It's been an utter joke and a nightmare. There are other issues with the car that I'm not even bothering to chase up because of how useless they actually are with addressing the issues. You just get fobbed off by the salesmen. Don't believe a word they say. I'm sick and tired of it at this point.
EDIT: customer services are about as useful as the repair department. The woman on the phone kept asking for the same information that I had already repeated and then told me that she wasn't going to continue the call because I didn't want to keep going around in circles repeating the SAME information. Pathetic.

We only visited to view a car that we were interested. However there is a big selection of lovely cars to pick from all shiney and gleaming. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

I just moved from the US to Scotland a few days ago. I popped in here at the Glenrothes location to look at used cars as they had excellent reviews. I was greeted by Paul, who assisted me in finding a car in my price range. There were only 2 cars available in that range and I instantly liked the 1st car I saw. I've never in my life made such a huge decision so quickly. Paul provided excellent service and the sale of the car was quick and painless.

Scott looked after us, from start to finish could not have asked for a better service. John the manager was really nice and helpful. Overall I have to say Arnold Clark Glenrothes is the only place you want to visit if you want a new car
