Spent Saturday night here this weekend. An absolute gem of a hotel! We really appreciated the welcome when we arrived (cheers Scott) and the peace and quiet. We loved it and can?t wait to come back.

We didn?t stay at the hotel and perhaps that?s where we went wrong. We found them unwelcoming and unfriendly. The bar was expensive and they do not serve take out food. If it were busy I could understand them focussing on guests but it wasn?t and they clearly weren?t interested in providing a decent level of service to anyone. We wont be going in again.

Rooms small, dated. No hot water, brrrr. Dinner was eh. Wife had to return her burger and could barely eat the second one, which of coursel she didn't. I had fish, which was ok. Breakfast was very good.

Didn't get a chance to experience as service to none residents was refused (bar/restaurant was open). Spoke with a resident regarding, who claimed he'd witnessed 60+groups refused service that day. Very weird behaviour for a business in my opinion.

Very very poor value for money for a five stars hotel. Often cold water , tv not connected, small room poorly arranged, cold welcome, but well prepared breakfast despite a choice limited to 2 options .

Would like to thank the Glencoe Inn for squeezing us in for dinner even though the restaurant was only open to guests this evening. Really nice food and staff were more than helpful and friendly. Dog friendly too!

Room was very nice, good location to trails, literally located right at a bus stop so very convenient for travel. Dinner and breakfast were good. Service was a little understaffed but those working did a great job and were super nice.

Slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De staff was aardig maar zwaar onderbezet en niet getraind voor een 5 sterren hotel. Kamers waren niet schoon. Totaal de 5 sterren en de prijs niet waard.
