The beauty of this place. It is serene, friendly, has wonderful food, drinks and staff
Rooms: The beds were great, shower was strong. You walked right outside to the peace of the loch.
Food and drinks: The bartender makes a mean old fashioned! The food was first-class.

Post card setting. Romantic, relaxing, luxurious. Rhe rooms are fully modernized with state of the art bathroom fixtures and thick, comfortable bedding. The food is solid 4 star, and the service is solid 4 star. Staff are attentive professionals and truly care. The value for what this hotel offers is fantastic.
Rooms: Bigger and more modern than I expected. I would estimate the size if our lake view queen bed room at 350sq ft
Nearby activities: Nature exploration. Walking hiking kayaking, or simply meditation. Soak uo the beauty and serenity.
Food and drinks: If youvkije sea food, have the muscles. Excellent. Everything else we had was top quality ad well.

You can tell this of an older establishment as it does show since wear and tear, but the rooms were clean and the views were incredible.

Beautiful views, amazing service. The welcoming by Marcelo S. was fantastic he noticed me struggling with a large bag and he immediately without hesitation offered to help me with a big smile. Next morning he was my server and noticed he was very kind and extremely attentive to all the guest. This location feels like home, rooms are quiet and very clean. Their breakfast is pretty good as well.

The room heating system emitted a high pitched ear- and soul-piercing tone/whine lasting about 1-2 minutes every 10-15 minutes throughout the night resulting in maddeningly zero sleep. We learned after the fact that reception has to change your room temp for you - ?!?!?! Breakfast buffet was good, but would skip the restaurant for dinner. 3 scallops for the appetizer dish? Couldn?t spare a 4th? The food was fine and I guess I should?ve expected hotel restaurant price inflation. However, the tables were sticky and the pool area wasn?t the cleanest. Good location, though!

Marcelo and the wait staff were quite excellent. They offered excellent recommendations (all of which we took him up on) and was very supportive to our requests.

We had lunch today. Lentil and vegetable soup. Yummy. Minute steak sandwich followed by rhubarb crumble and custard. Delicious. Served, very professionally, by Melanie and Marcello.

An amazing hotel in the most bueatiful place in the world. Great service, comfortable rooms, stunning views. Great access to mountains and hiking routes for those like myself who enjoy hiking, the train station and bus service to Fort William mean you can make a day of going to Inverness or even Glasgow. The Isle of Mull is not far away and the amazing Loch Lomond is only a stones through away.
The staff are brilliant and the food is excellent with the most comfortable bar/lounge area I have ever come across in a b
hotel. Plus a Co-op no less than a two minute walk away to stock up on snacks and drinks.
My parents have been staying here for years and I fell in love with it as well.
Rooms: Nice and roomy, very comfortable. The windows are a little finiky and there is a distinct lack of a fridge which, when you're paying so much is a must

Safety: very safe in all aspects
