Hadn't been to Zizzi's in many years, we used to go regularly. Unfortunately we had a rude waitress, I ordered a beer and she came back with the wrong one the proceeded to tell me "that's what you asked for", maybe she was having a bad day but you don't talk to customers that way! It didn't set the tone as she was off with me the rest of the evening and we won't be back to Silverburn Zizzi.
My calzone was smaller than I remember but it was nice. The others had pizzas which were okay but very thin and expensive for what you get. The king prawn starter was served on a hanging skewer and looked impressive, my son and partner said they were very good.
Maybe note, it was a bit cold but that's on the shopping centre not Zizzi.

Went with grandson. Kids food served quickly and at a temperature they could eat. Superb!! Adults food hot and tasty. Staff friendly so superb experience which deserves full marks.

Food was good but service was poor.
My wife asked to try a wine before buying and was told ?we don?t do that here?. The food arrived and was good but we were then given the bill at the end of the meal without being offered dessert. When we asked why we were told the kitchen was closed. This was half an hour before the restaurant shut and we weren?t forewarned of this.
Overall the service could have been better.

The food was overpriced and lacked quality. The pizzas were excessively oily, with a thin, bland dough. The calamari was of low quality, and the portion size was small given the high cost. However, they do provide an option to view allergens in each dish.

Only stoped here for a few drinks. They make smashing cocktail. And the beer is good too. Great atmosphere, and the staff where lovely and welcoming ??

Fonduta Sharing Board left me feeling I needed to eat something healthy afterwards. Didn?t enjoy at all.
Plus meaty £4 for a Diet Coke.
Won?t be going back here again.

Food is very high standard, not great atmosphere but still enjoyable. Too much rocket on my pizza but I just removed it.
