Staff are so rude, went to finish some Christmas shopping and the two ladies in the male section till started laughing at me and complaining that I basically are gonna make them wait half an hour till they finish, yes I know it is very busy these times of years but the zara in town the staff never complain and always have a smile on their face unlike here! I had to start helping them just so they didn?t complain more.

Shop shuts at 9pm so I walked round for a good half hour picked up loads of stuff not one single member of staff mentioned that the fitting rooms closed at 7pm, I literally walked over to the fitting room at 7pm just as the girl was closing it off. Baring in mind the shop doesn't close for another 2 hours I was not allowed to try anything on. Manager literally couldn't care less and thinks it's entirely reasonable and was happy for a customer to leave with only the two purchases from the first visit to the fitting room. Zara literally lost out on hundreds of pounds. I suggest getting a manager who is concentrating on maximizing profits for your store and not getting out early because it's a Friday night.

The summer clothes range was pretty good. Loads on offer, too.Dont usually shop I here but was surprised by the various styles on offer.

I was gifted a shirt and it was too big went down to exchange it for a smaller size and I was told I needed the receipt even though the tags and everything was still on. I think this is poor customer service as you don?t ask someone that has bought you a gift for the receipt. I have never been asked for this at any other store. Poor show Zara

The merchandise is 1st class. However, the display is somewhat chaotic. Eg I sought a men's blazer. They are not All displayed together. I had to browse the whole men's section. Or, perhaps this is intended.
