Love this store but today, on one of the warmest days, there was no air conditioning. Also, the self-checkout works only up to a point. Despite using it, most of us who did ,were stopped at the door due to the security alarm going off. Being made to feel like a criminal does not invite me back to your store. Very impressive modern, bright a s spacious shop, a great asset to Silverburn. The staff always work hard to keep the shop well stocked. The self service tills are great and you can complete your purchases quickly. Any problems there is always a member of staff on hand to help.
