I visited the mens department and bought a couple of things from the sale items
The only bad point ? was all trousers come in long leg sizes which is no good for many wee short me.
But it still has lots of good quality attire

Very helpful staff - I was shopping on Wednesday with my son who?s in a pram and the staff couldn?t have been more helpful. The lift was broken and the staff brought my buggy and clothes upstairs so I could use the fitting rooms and again the gentleman at the checkout upstairs didn?t hesitate to help me back down with the pram after. Thank you

Went in today looking for my end of year ball and a helper named Ruaridh was so helpful and kind!! He made my experience in Zara very easy and comfortable. The queue for paying was also very quick

If I could rate it 0, I would. Absolutely disgusting service and negligent attitude to the customers. I ordered an item online which arrived in a defective condition. Had to drive 45 mins to the nearest store (Buchanan Street, Glasgow)to return it and requested the refund of the postage fee paid by me for the delivery of the bad quality item. It was clearly Zara? fault and I don?t think people should pay for the postage when the company obviously screwed up. The manager (an Indian lady, forgot to ask for her details) didn?t even apologise for such an inconvenience and of course bluntly refused to reimburse the postage fee. She just gave me that ?I don?t care? look and was in a hurry to leave. Outrageous service, incompetent staff! Such managers should not be working with the people-ignorant, unprofessional and absolutely off-putting person!!!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your [store location, e.g., Oxford Street branch] on [visit date].
I received a children?s clothing item as a gift from a friend, which unfortunately is too small for my child. As the item was purchased from Zara and is in brand-new condition with the original tags attached, I visited the store to request an exchange for a larger size. However, the store manager refused to assist me, citing the lack of a receipt as the reason.
I understand that a receipt is typically required for refunds, but as this was a gift, I am unable to provide one. The item clearly adheres to your policy of being unused and in a saleable condition. I find it disappointing that your store was unwilling to provide even an exchange, particularly as the item was purchased from Zara and your brand label is evident.
As a long-standing customer, I believe this approach does not align with Zara?s commitment to excellent customer service. Many retailers offer more flexible exchange policies in similar situations, especially for items that can be resold.
I kindly request that you reconsider your decision and allow me to exchange the item for a different size. I believe this is a fair and reasonable solution that upholds both customer satisfaction and your business standards.
If no resolution can be reached, I may be forced to escalate my complaint to independent consumer bodies such as Citizens Advice or RetailADR.
Please respond to this letter within 14 days to confirm how you intend to resolve this matter. I am happy to provide further details or visit the store again if needed.
