Food for a grab and go lunch or quick dinner. The team were a bit unhelpful in explaining some things to our first timer group, and I didn't seem too keen on having guests on this particular evening, but one server made up for this by being twice as helpful and generally a cheery human.

My boyfriend and I ordered food from here recently and had a terrible experience. When we showed up to collect the food we were ignored for at least 10 minutes waiting by the door. The restaurant was not busy and the staff were all talking in the corner. They did look over and notice us but never came to see if we needed help. When someone finally came over to help we were told they hadn?t made our order and that they cancelled it because they were out of what we had ordered. I?m not one to leave reviews but we never even got notified that it was cancelled and the man that told us it had been cancelled was also very rude. We also got no assistance in how to get our refund. We were both very disappointed as we like yo sushi, but after this we will not be back.

The food as always, was terrific, but the seating was a little uncomfortable for a large-ish person like myself. Nearly got stuck in one of the booths. Also there was no sign on the door, saying if they were open or not yet.

Far too few tables. Wait for ages to get seated and then even longer for food. Sushi mass produced so won't get order quickly if another person hasn't ordered it too. Plenty more authentic places in Glasgow with much better service.

The worst food, overpriced not fresh. Shut the business OFF. Spicy ram tasted like dishwasher water. The calamari-like plastic was hard to chow.Sushi not fresh.

The food is overpriced and not the best. And the service is terrible, the staff leave me for 25 minutes after I've eaten until one of them walks past so I can ask for the bill.

Good experience, but a lot of waiting on the "rail". We ended up ordering a la carte. The food is good, watch out for the "firecracker", fire.... very spicy. The noodles are good. Too expensive.

Made an order and they cancelled it when I was outside the store to pick it up, money and time wasted, never again! Don?t try to order from here if you think your time is worth something

Dietary restrictions: I have an onion intolerance (it is more common than people realise) but they could not deal with it.

Store atmosphere is non existent, long wait for a Katsu curry, staff preoccupied at till. Not impressed with the foor or the service for the price. Dining area has 13 people with three cooks on, it wasn?t busy.

Regular visitors to Yo Sushi Braehead and service excellent. Visited the Glasgow restaurant and was extremely disappointed to say the least. The restaurant was fairly quiet yet we?re told we would need to wait 10 minutes to be seated. After 15 minutes we were told they were too busy to seat us and it would be another 30-40 minutes even though there were many available seats including the full bench area that we were told couldn?t be opened as there were only 2 members of staff serving. An absolute disgrace and wouldn?t go back. Staff looked happy to have no customers to serve.
