even when you win you lose in this place same as many william hill shops the staff try not to pay you out put on 20 winning bet went up to get my winnings girl told me it was 10 pound l put on lol l gave her winning slip for 160 pound told her to take it off that told me when race was just about off l unstaked my line she could see what my bet was lol any way never got up set about it l don't need the money don't like to be cheated l just barred my self she won't get the chance to cheat me again
