Staff were all very helpful, we visited the store 4 times and each time all staff were very happy to help, took their time with us to pick the right pieces. Lindsay was absolutely great, helpful and very patient with us.

Currently have order placed close to 3 weeks on items that was stated 'in stock' on the website. Still waiting for an actual truthful status of the order if in stock or not. Me experience a complete shambles.

DO NOT USE - leaking tap sent video of problem tap leaks when being used fine when off.The technical department hasn?t got a clue resolved by buying another tap from elsewhere faulty rubbish returned with an invoice for my 2 visits.Should have checked reviews first - buy elsewhere is my advice.

Terrible service. At every point of this transaction I have had to exercise phenomenal patience. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, but staff everywhere doing nothing much at all. I almost submitted a cv for this holiday style job. Two guys working the back door on the warehouse who seemed to be very animated compared to the excess idle staff on the floor. All goods I ordered were the wrong size upon opening and so this cost me so much extra in my time and also paying a plumber good rates to drink coffee in my empty toilet. Can I have a bath and a sink the right size so I can continue my life please? Too much to ask from this business I'm afraid.

Love this place! We bought our bathroom from here 5 years ago, and its still as good today, just had a wander around today and still amazing. We only went back for a toilet seat but still service was spot on, thank you.

Shocking service. Had to return 2 toilet vanity units both badly damaged staff not interested. Today returned unopened side shower panel which I bought and was delivered 22 days ago. Due to unforseen circumstances couldnt return earlier would not give me my money back and issued a credit note for 153.76 what good is tgat when bathroom is finished. No one interested, shocking service.

Ordered a bathroom suite full of stock and although the delivery was pretty quick the driver has dumped a crate load of products in front of my door and left me myself and I can?t get it into my house on my own!? It?s a full bathroom suite. Now it?s going to have to sit in the rain until I can get a hand to get it inside and upstairs. You?d think after spending £1000+ someone would help you get inside with it! What if it were an elderly or disabled person living alone? This is pretty shocking considering most other places that sell furniture etc. help you in with your purchases!

Appalling after-service! I recently bought 2 Alexander James tall bathroom cabinets (£230 each) from Wholesale Domestic, a company I have used for many years. Unfortunately, one cabinet had a floor stud missing, rendering it unstable and dangerous. I took one of the other studs to the warehouse to ask for another one. The assistant spoke to her manager, then informed me that they did not keep spare parts, advising me to go to Screwfix. I explained that this was unacceptable and would be taking the matter further. I emailed the problem to customer services and received a prompt reply from David Law. He apologised and said that the warehouse did, indeed, stock small parts for such instances, offering me a voucher for £25 towards a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill. I replied that, in view of the energy, time and frustration involved, this was unacceptable and I would rather have the sum refunded to my credit card as I would not be buying from his company again. He then replied that he was sorry I felt that way, but would not be refunding any money to my credit card. His attitude is very mean-spirited and I do not think his position is legal either as the cabinet could not be used safely in its present condition.
