Can be expensive, but worth it for a treat every now and then.

Love each and every flavor of their tea and biscuits! Very refined tastes! I had received a "tower" as a gift two years ago and was looking forward to finding a chance to have them again. Now I bought as many as I could carry on my luggage. Pity they can't be shipped in all European countries.

Was looking for loose teas this shop had a great variety. They also had a good selection of coffees and hot chocolates. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A cute place, but wasn't open during open hours. In RE: below comment, I was looking for a coffee just after 9:00 on Friday or Saturday.

Small seating area within Whittards shop and outside in the centre. Great service, just order at the cash desk, and they bring the drinks to your table. Good selection of their instant teas on offer, and they had my favourite, which is mulled wine. Usually, it is only sold in the winter season. My friend had a fruit infusion tea, and it came in a teapot with a wee egg timer to let you know when your tea should be ready to drink. A wee bit different to your usual café. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I love visiting this shop, amazing variety of teas and coffee. Staff are always willing to help and even brew a sample of tea. Good prices and a shop I always visit when in glasgow.

The Whittard of Chelsea in Glasgow Buchanan Galleries is a tea shop that my partner and I visited and we loved the free samples of the different teas we could drink. I quite like the fruiter teas as opposed to the bitter tea (well, at that time until my taste has done a 180 and now I'm the opposite) but at that time I quite enjoyed the blackberry tea as it was just the right amount of sweetness. We bought a pack that went down a treat when we went home. I remember the staff here were lovely and answered all my tea-related questions. Ten out of ten.

Weekend afternoon, not one other person in shop, 6 staff present, 4 of them on phones and 2 of them absolutely not interested. Very disappointed since the tea shop is a place where I actually want people to try and sell me stuff.
