Went to ?flannels? within the Frasers store Today, first thing I asked when I went in was if I could exchange a hoodie that I bought in the Livingston shop for another size.The boy serving me, took me right over to the same hoodie & found my size. He couldn?t have been any nicer, great service! Picked up the size I was needing then took me to the fitting room to try it on.He was unsure about exchanges & said he would have to ask his manager. I Honestly didn?t think there would be an issue, was only bought a few days ago, tags still on, still in the flannels bag & with a receipt.He then came back to the fitting rooms asked how I got on & how the fit was. To then apologies that he couldn?t do the exchange for me, because his manger said no. The manager suggested I buy the hoodie from them and then return back to the Livingston store with the other one that doesn?t fit?The boy serving also suggested I tried cruise to see if they would exchange it. They did offer an exchange there, however they don?t stock the essentials brand..Not the customer experience I expected from a shop like Flannels.Advice for the manager. Please train all your staff on your ?exchange policy? this could have been avoided if I was given the right information to begin with when I first walked.I won?t be back, Could also hear them laughing while I was in the fitting room which I found extremely unprofessional.

The store's size appears deceptively small, but it's quite huge. It has lift facilities and it is close to a train station. The store has most of the designer brands/labels in stock, and some clothes' quality appears to be on the high side and different from those online. However, some items can be pricey even though they are on sale.

Felt like I was in Father Ted's Christmas Special. It's massive and was concerned I'd not find my way out (lol) .... the fragrance area is so 'fragrancey' that you taste it when you're in the area. Like an airport duty free on acid.
