This is the worst chemist ever, was waiting for half an hour, served more people around me than me, I asked for my prescription back, and this seemed to inconvenience them 2, service was breadful seemed more worried, about reviews from their head office, than there custoners they seemed in kaoss

Just been in with my 4 year old son looking for help with numbing cream as my son is having his bloods taken today was advised they need a prescription from doctors when I advised I had one but have unfortunately lost it as first chemist I went to don?t have any second que was massive buy the time I?ve got to Nitshill I?ve lost it was advised by the chemist and assistant they could not help me leaving me distressed leaving with a child absolutely no help atal and received a shocking dreadful service please do better

Never has any stock, tried to get a minor ailment in past, they do consult and then they had no stock of it what?s the point? and then several times with my prescription don?t have the right strengths in, and these are products that don?t have manufacturing problems. Great pharmacy when they have the right things in

The staff have become incomplcment av been useing chemist?s fur 20 year and never have felt like a second class citizen till I used this pharmacy they are ment to open at 9am but times now very fro 9:330/10am before they open pure joke of a chemist yous need to get ur staff in order
