Sugandinie, Jalilah, Pamela, Alisha, & Stephanie have turned this shop around from badly run, long waiting times etc?. To a well run, fun & polite staff, waiting times have dropped to virtually a couple of minutes instead of 25-30 minutes, they deserve a lot of credit when credit is due as they have have put up with a lot of abuse from customers so now is a time to be giving them a huge thank you, 10/10 Girls Well Done ?

Worst pharmacy in the all of glasgow half time they can?t find your prescription or you go in and they can?t give u your prescription as they have no pharmacists if u need your tablets stay well clear of this place

Good at deliveries and helpful staff but they?ve got a problem taking cash. Half the time they?ve no change or the tills been closed.

One of THE worse pharmacy?s out, I went in around 12.10 pm and didn?t get acknowledged until 12.18 pm and there was only me and 1 other person in shop who was being served , there were 3 people behind counter. When I finally was served and acknowledged the pharmacist took 4 mins to find script, in the meantime 2 junkies and 1 lady came into shop and as soon as they came in they were asked to take a seat and they would be seen to shortly and the other other lady was served and got her script before me , then I was told they didn?t have all my prescription and I would need to pick the rest up tmrw. To massively improve customer service the could acknowledge customers when they come through the door instead of leaving them in limbo.

Going to a few different pharmacies around the area , I always find the team here really welcoming , polite and always really attentive. Always been able to get a prescription and help regarding the children without and appointment.

First time using this pharmacy. I approached the counter where an elderly gentleman was waiting. There were four members of staff behind the counter and one was looking for his meds. I waited about ten minutes and they came back to him to say they didn't have what he was looking for, no offer to help call his surgery to see where his prescription was. My prescription was then taken by the same member if staff sho had a ponytail and who dourly said this will be 20 mins now. Why it takes 20 mins for four people to pick up a cream from a shelf I don't understand. Service with a scowl from this pharmacy. At least the pharmacist who brought it to me was pleasant.

After leaving prescription with them for about 4 or 5 days as they kept saying didn't have item. I phoned to check and was told still didn't have it so I said I would pick up prescription and try elsewhere. Went in 15mins later to pick up prescription , girl checked shelf and lo and behold item was on shelf. I am aware of problem getting medication at moment but this I was not impressed with.

They took a prescription and never get it ready. They do not answer phone calls, they are more interested in a private conversation at the pharmacy than in customer service

Another visit and another great wee bit of chat with the lovely team in this pharmacy. They are always very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get the medication you need. The friendly banter and great humour, usually instigated by Suzanne, is better than any tablet !

Since Well have taken over at the Barrachniebranch my life has became a bit less hectic as the staff order and manage my families medication taking time to listen to our needs and providing a great service .The staff are friendly and put you at ease .Thank you ..
