Searching for a specific reference book, I was at first disappointed due to not finding it and magically nobody there to help me ? BUT I bought another book (coming with a fabulous free chai latte), then went to the top floor, found 2 more books and another one on 1st floor and went down to entry level for payment. There the lovely person at the cash desk helped me to find the book I was searching for ? So I went on again and got this book, went back to the cash desk and GOT A 5% DISCOUNT TOO ? Thank you, Waterstones, for this amazing experience ?

A book signing with a difference! All staff welcoming and a very well organised event. Took the opportunity to pick up some other books whilst there.

It's a big bookshop on multiple levels with a couple of cafes, of course I'm going to love it.
Huge selection of books. Helpful staff. Really good coffee.
Only negative was the toilet area. This is about the basement level toilets specifically, I don't know what the others are like. Not in great condition and you need a security code to get in (I'm sure that's in response to some unpleasant things). Even so, the toilet area was untidy and the cubicles themselves are very narrow with the toilet a step up from floor level. The lock was broken on the accessible toilet, which was also a bit of a mess.

Always like visiting Waterstones but was disappointed in the range of books in the Computing section. Not one book about Linux - unforgivable!

We talked to 4 girls alltogether trying to find our compulsory local book as a souvenir. Everyone was really knowledgable and soooo kind! Highly recommend for any book lover! Thanks girls for the experience!

Amazing book store. It has five floors of a book lovers heaven with two cafes, one at the bottom and one at the top. They have loads of genres and a few discount shelves on most of the floors. There is also a wide variety board game that are worth a look.

This is a fantastic book store in the heart of Glasgow. The selection is great and they have a good cafe. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

A favourite spot in Glasgow!
Waterstones is my son?s favourite place in the city. The store is beautifully laid out, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages you to explore. There?s a fantastic children?s section where he could spend hours, and the staff are always kind and helpful. A great place to explore and find something new every time.
