Food poisoning often occurs a week before symptoms start to show according to layman Wagamama complaints handler.
Accept when you?ve messed up. This is vile and I highly caution anyone going there when it comes to Wagamama owning up to its mistakes.

I often visit Wagamamas silverburn & every time the staff are always so friendly and attentive especially adel he always goes above and beyond to make it a great dinner spot for me & friends , highly recommend

I give order for no spicy food but I get spicy food it?s really bad they don?t care what you want and they just bring what they have .for service Sana she was such a nice girl how just bring over food?s (other person took our order and we told her I don?t want to eat spicy food)

First time trying Wagamama and really enjoyed their Ramen. Would recommend it to anyone who loves a good ramen on a rainy day. As the restaurant was super busy, we had to wait couple of minutes to order but the staffs were friendly enough. 8/10!!

I was surprised by both the food and the service I had. The staff always proved to be attentive to customer care by creating and improving the ordered dish. But also pay attention to the cleanliness of the table and chair. Excellent work!!
