Over the last 8 months my wife and have come to Glasgow fort wagamamas approx 15-20 times on our journey now to soul clubs level 3 members we have always been impressed with the friendly nature and quality of service from the front of house team and the quality of food from the kitchen team. Our most recent visit we were taken care of by nadia who was brilliant and very helpful and positive. Thank you all for making out dinners so enjoyable here to plenty more visits to wagamamas glasgow fort.
PS wagamamas please let your staff know from this branch how good they are corporate you contact them saying well done

Food is a hit or a miss, every time you get a different version of the same dish.
It's also went up in price making it overpriced now, especially the starters/sides.

According to the complaints person, food poisoning takes a week to manifest.
So forget everything you heard from the NHS website, your doctor or anyone else with common sense. Food poisoning occurs a week later because Wagamama can?t own up to their food standards mistake.
And yes. I will be posting this everywhere because of how stupid and blunt the statement was. And yes I have escalated.

I love Wagamamas and this is one of my favourites.
It's the one most local to me, situated in the Glasgow fort, and there's plenty of parking here.
Food is amazing as always, my favourite is the katsu curry with extra spice. Tonight I tried the honey chicken side but I also love bao buns, gyozas and more. Highly recommend a visit.

I had my dinner in Wagamama?s tonight. I was served by Debs who was extremely accommodating! He made sure that we had everything we needed and regularly checked on us! I will definitely be back and recommend to others!! Thank you
