Not the greatest first visit. A ten minute wait for our seats due to a system error, then the worst cinema nachos known to man. Ordered 'large' double cheese with jalapenos, but came with a piffling amount of cheese in a shallow inset of the tray, and half a mini cup of chillies. Just grim.The seats however, once sorted, were brilliant. My 7 year old loved being in a power operated recliner.

Watched the much awaited Dune Part 2 here in screen 6 and there was a horrible yellow stain covering 1/4 of the top of the screen totally ruining the aesthetics. I told one of the staff during the ads/ trailers and she told me (with the kind of attitude that makes people leave bad reviews) that they could do nothing but wait for an engineer and to contact customer service. Customer service via email then tells me that the venue should have decided if compensation was appropriate and they can't assist further.. horrible experience that robbed me of my Dune Part 2 ?

So ive been here on 3 occasions and 2 of them have just been an experience that's making me not want to go back again. First time we stood in the queue to get food and drink to be told when we got to the front "we cant take orders here everything needs to be done on the screens" so we did that and then had to queue again to get the stuff. Last night we were in a showing I thought Id quickly run out and get a pint. Ordered on screen stood in the queue then when my turn came stood at the bar to get the pint to be told I wasn't allowed to stand there and had to join the queue if I wanted server, I said I was already in the queue I have just gone to the bar bit as I have a pint ordered. The "supervisor"? then asked me to rejoin the queue. Anyway finally got the guy who was lovely (and embarrassed about the nonsense the management are making the staff go through) telling me he couldn't actually now give me the pint as I never had my seat ticket. Guy tried his best to give me a refund but it was taking to long and by this time I had probably missed 15 minutes of the film so I just said lets call it a day and went back to the showing. Would appreciate my money back but there will be no chance of that.I honestly will struggle to go back here and it will only be because someone suggests it last minute. Management need to sort it out its appalling how they are trying to run this place!!

A grumpy woman with blue hair wouldn't let me and my friends in because one of us didn't have ID. Never happened in any other places before

Usually a very good experience but on Friday we went to see Wonka shown on a dodgy projector in Screen 2. The picture was really dim to the point that our daughter thought she had a problem with her eyesight.The cinema manager did give us our money back and some free tickets, worth a star at least, but his managers instructed him to continue selling tickets to people when they knew that the projector was defective.Everyone should have been offered their money back but apparently it is company policy only to do this if the customer complains!

I booked tickets and they were at the wrong venue?it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to Vue either on line or by phone. No customer service available and no way to actually talk to a representative of Vue. They only want to sell tickets but not to do anything else.

It's OK seats are good prices are expensive same price for adult and kids I take my grandkids 5 of them so expensive for me and when you add sweets drinks but good day out..

Lovely and comfortable seats, the sound and place were good. The only thing was that my daughters recliners did not work, and nothing could be done. Really, they should be checking in between screenings to see what does not work and, if not, auto refund the difference to customers and inform with email. This would be good service.

This was my first time at this cinema, we saw Wonka which was a brilliant film. The seats were lovely and comfy with plenty of room to walk along the aisles, The whole place was very smart, new and very clean. Only negative was the entrance/exit was quite narrow with the queue barriers being in the way as it was near where you queue for food. My only negative was the toilet I was in had no toilet paper and it was a Sunday afternoon so you'd think with it being the weekend before Christmas that they'd have their toilets sorted! The staff could have acted as if they were actually present and had customers to attend to, most looked bored, or maybe they were hungover from a Christmas night out!Looking forward to our next visit to the Vue.
