Awful internet connection with dongle. Paying 02 double for extra data for months because no connection. Can?t get through to phone lines. APPAULING service can?t wait until contract ends. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Do not use Vodafone! I have had to speak to 8 different members of staff within 2 weeks about my broadband, my internet keeps disconnecting saying cannot connect, at one point I asked to speak to a manager and the customer assistant I was speaking to refused to put a manager on the phone, finally have found out there is a fault in the line but have been told they don't know when it'll be fixed so basically I've been left with no internet because of a fault on their end, they haven't even offered free data to cover me while I have no WiFi and haven't offered to give me my money back for paying for a service that I'm not receiving, extremely unhappy with their service.

I didn't visit. Just happened to be in the area. That's why I have given an ok as it would be unfair of me to say I hated, liked or loved it as I really have no opinion on the matter. Thank you for asking though.
