Just visited the Buchanan Street store and was helped by Steven. Just wanted to pop in a quick review to say how great he was and his customer service is fab. Had us laughing the whole time and helped with any issues we had.

Following poor wifi at home, Bodafone's advisor suggested me to go to any Vodafone shop and get a replacement Simcard. However at this particular shop, the clerk refrained to do so telling me that they only provide a new Sim in case of stolen or lost. I went back home empty handed and wifi issue is not yet resolved.
The advisor in this shop also confirmed that despite the above policy, phone advisors keep sending troubled customers to Vodafone shops.

Spoke to Amara about renewing contract told her about my Internet speed slow both contract sorted for next two years and now.my Internet speed at 258m nice well done appreciated Amara good customer service

They don?t really sort out the problems only they like to sale however thanks to the Silverburn team who sorted out my problem. If you want friendly and open hands team go to the silverburn.

Extremely unhelpful and under trained staff member today though I must admit Cameron on Saturday was above and beyond, for something so simple as my flat number on one ID stated first and on my bank was the building number, exact same address, had photo ID letters the lot still not helpful, 3 phone calls and 2 shop visits to be told to call when your in the shop is imo insane. Looks like I'll not be using Vodafone. Very poor service

Went in to buy a new iphone but already had sim so no new business for them I suppose however did not expect the abuse I immediately received from their so called ?manager? Becca. Literally told me if I wasn?t going to take out a new contract as well as buy the phone than I had better leave the store immediately!! Unbelievable! Phoned ?Vodafone? to complain so they apologised on her behalf for her highly unprofessional and incredibly rude behaviour. After 20 years as a loyal ?Vodafone? customer I will be switching to another provider as allowing nasty and aggressive characters like that to chase paying , long term customers away shows how far they have fallen as a brand.

Worst customer service ever treating us bad i been store many times to collect my phone they keep us wait for so long, they ask me to wait outside for 1hour after delaying my device for 20days and don't hesitate to talk to us feels racist at the store not recommending anyone to buy a contract O2 is far better than this .

Popped into this Vodafone store to get help with why a Vodafone SIM card we purchased in Canada for use during our trip to the UK was not accessing data. The sales rep solved the issue in a few clicks and we were on our way. Very good customer service.

Was in store today to get an upgrade and the Sales advisor called Niamh was wonderful talked me through all my options and got me a great deal she then helped me transfer all my info/apps/pics/contacts across to my new phone left store with big smile on my face with her fantastic customer service

The rudest staff imaginable..guy who approachedme was useless..I asked politely to be dealt with another staff member...the manager, Becca somebody came thumping towards me like a bouncer at a club...wouldn't listen to what I had to say..told me to leave or she'd call security...I said all I wanted was a new phone ..she refused to sell me one...it was so humiliating..
.I lodged a complaint against her...Vodafone responded really quickly and politely...within days they apologised for how I was made to feel..took £25 off my next monthly bill, said they'd talk to bolshy Becca...ofcourse, that remained confidential...
This was 3 months ago, and, I haven't been back to the shop since...I still need a new phone, but, kinda not confident enough to go back incase Becca's still there , and, punches my lights out lol...maybe, I'll phone and ask if she still works there..hopefully she will have been booted out , or, moved to where her neanderthal kinsfolk are...LOL ?
