I was seen to exactly on time by a very competent assistant who did the preliminary examination/photos of behind my eyes. The optometrist then gave me my eye test complete with a prescription for eye drops. A lovely Irish girl, she explained everything in great detail.
A charming young lady called Maria helped me choose two pairs of glasses. She explained how I could pay monthly and made the whole thing easy and very pleasant.
I would recommend to my family and friends. Staff and choice of frames top class.

As I was on my own for my eye test I was very grateful for all the help and advice I got from my assistant who helped me chose my replacement glasses.

I had my eye test at Vision Express on Saturday 31st August, and I couldn?t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely reassuring.
The eye test itself was thorough and clearly explained ? the optometrist took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the results. I felt confident that my prescription was accurate and tailored to my needs.
The team were equally helpful when it came to choosing frames. They struck the perfect balance between offering advice and letting me take my time. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I ended up with a pair of glasses that not only fit perfectly but genuinely suit me.
The whole process felt personal and well-organised, and I left feeling looked after and very satisfied. Vision Express delivered exactly what you?d hope for: expert care, great products, and a team that treats you like a valued customer.

I was greatly assured by the optometrist, Jacqueline Mc Guigan who conducted the various tests. I explained to her that I was very anxious especially regarding one particular test that I had failed in the past and was referred to hospital. She kindly talked me through the updated test encouraging me at every stage. This made what could have been a most stressful appointment quite the reverse.
Maria who helped me select new glasses was also so very kind, understanding and helpful.

Good service but I have a blue light card and when I asked if I could use it got told no it was only online only. It would be good to have discount in store as well
