Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable. I went for an eye check and got fitted for new glasses. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was acknowledged by a friendly face and taken for my test. The advice on which frames suited me best was very much appreciated. As I struggled to pick from the wide range they have. I wouldn?t go anywhere else for my eye checks or glasses, I highly recommend.

Vision Express, Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre: First Class Customer Service
My varifocal prescription changed recently, I was delighted with my new glasses, so I re-attended the store to arrange to get my sunglasses re-glazed with the new prescription.
Very professional, welcoming, friendly, first class customer service received at all visits, from Optometrist Mr Fallon, and dispensing assistants.
I have been going here for several years and wouldn't consider anywhere else.

Great service as always from all staff.
I want to give a huge thank you to Yvonne for being so patient and kind with my daughter during her contact lens fitting yesterday. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my daughter felt comfortable, and never rushed the process. Her gentle and encouraging approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one. We are so grateful for her care and professionalism.

Kieran, Yvonne and the team at Vision Express Glasgow Fort. Are always so professional when assisting myself to getting new glasses, I have placed order for Ray ban meta sunglasses with my prescription. They always have a friendly manner and are happy to help.
Shop is currently undergoing refurbishment and hasn't affected the service I received.
Would highly recommend to family and friends.

The pharmacist had advised I see my optician due to a very red dry mark under my eye to rule out it was nothing connected to my eyes.
The optician checked my eyes and confirmed there was no redness he also checked the pressure which was fine too,
Excellent service and very good of the optician to check this out for me.
