First time shopping here ! What a beautiful store and they sell so much more than just lingerie! They had an amazing collection of bags and a huge collection of perfumes and body creams and sprays ! If you've never shopped here I would highly recommend going in as I would definitely go back when I'm visiting Glasgow

Picked up 5 pants for 15. The girl who served me didn't take them all out the bag so only paid for 4 making it more expensive alongside the other items I bought. But she also gave the wrong change to the person in front of me £10 to much change. Please pay attention check the baskets are empty.

There are some good quality items here and the staff are happy to help, they do not however, care about customer comfort.I was in a changing room having tried on a few bras, I could not have been in there for more than 10 minutes, when a member of staff opened the door without knocking, trying to give the changing room to a different customer. I pushed the door closed quickly, and was (luckily) mostly dressed, but I did hear the staff then making fun of the situation - they did not apologise to me at all. Left shortly after, didn't buy anything.

I only went in to get my wife some saucy treats as I'd been planning to ask her to do me a BIG favour (nudge, nudge, wink, wink!) on my day off but the staff were so helpful that I decided to get a little something for my girlfriend too. Happy days!

First time buying bra in the UK and I've had a very pleasant experience here!Special thanks to Jersey, a beautiful staff with blonde hair. She provided me with a very good service, choosing the right underwear for me and advising me on choosing my size. I am very grateful to her!

Have been to Glasgow twice so far and both times have visited this store and made a purchase. Pleasure to browse, great fitting service and friendly team. Also had some stock in my size, luckily as it is hardly ever available online.

went in today and got fitted, my first experience getting fitted, and it was the nicest/friendliest shopping experience i have ever ever had. The floor manager came in to fit me with another colleague (wish i could remember their names as i want to thank them personally!!), i would trust them with anything, both super lovely girls and made me feel so comfortable. I heard the girl who was being supervised become upset because she didn?t think she was doing a good job, i just want to give her a huge hug because she was absolutely amazing and doesn?t know how well she comes across!!! Such a lovely girl. Tried one bra on and ordered another through the manager online to be delivered to a store closer to me. Trying to treat myself and do more things on my own so going into this shop today was slightly daunting, thank you so so much for making it such an enjoyable experience for me. Can?t wait for next paycheck to go back!!! Definitely recommend x

My mum and I travelled from Ireland to Glasgow for a few days and decided to call in to Victorias Secret. This was my first time getting a bra fitted. I met Rachel who took me through my entire fitting and could not have been any more attentive to my needs and was just the loveliest bubbliest person. There was another girl on the shop floor as-well who showed me around to the bras and she was so kind and chatty. I had the best experience I think I?ve ever had in a shop. Thanks very much to the loveliest group of girls, they are a credit to the company.
