Feel so bad for the staff there. They all come across brilliantly. However I?ve been appalled at the service by any manager in this store. The blonde girl is very rude and dismissive and talks to you with a loud unpleasant tone of voice. The tall brunette woman manager aswell seems to float around and knows nothing by the looks of it but I have witnessed them all speak to the staff horribly. So beware. Great shop though and the sales assistants are always so pleasant. The managers just seem like airheads

genuine horrible customer service & rudeness when i visited from multiple members off staff but particularly this one blonde american lady
i?m not one to ever leave a bad review but most of the staff here are so rude that i genuinely refuse to step into store again if my friends suggest shopping there
staff training is definitely needed !!!
this is such a shame as i used to be an avid uo shopper :(

An employee called Amber, was absolutely fantastic, after over hearing her deal with a member of public being difficult (for no reason) Amber was clam, helpful and very sweet, great member of staff!

Beware of the guy with the long hair so rude and dismissive. Absolutely shocking customer service completely ignores you and continues to stand showing coworkers something on his phone . I won?t be back and I?m upset about it as I liked this shop but been completely put off

I went into Urban today and the girl serving me was so helpful I think her name was Tyra? She was on ground floor today. She helped me find a piece I found on the app and helped me style the piece too!

I visited this store and was met with exceptional service from the staff. I was browsing the store in search of a birthday present for my boyfriend. The male manager working in the menswear section was so helpful and helped me pick out a shirt and his current favourite record. Would definitely recommend this store. Only negative is long till queue!

I called into store today to pick up my online delivery and the member of staff helping me was sooo kind! He also helped me find a cardigan i saw on tiktok in store & a skirt that would match it for my holidays next week. Overall a really pleasant shopping experience. Really happy with my purchases ?

Visited this store today and had a lovely experience. The store?s interior is stunning and overall a very clean , well stocked store. Staff lovely, helping with size checks and a manager was very helpful when I was having issues with till. All the staff have lovely style and very cool also! Pity about these negative reviews below, clearly many people don?t respect what retail staff have to go through day to day with the general public. If you can be anything, be kind?

The store staff was extremely rude. I saw that some clothes had fallen, so I kindly helped to hang them back up. However, after I left, the clothes fell again. The staff ran over and accused me of knocking them all down. I then hung them up again, but despite my good intentions, I was unfairly blamed. I will never come back again. Please properly train your staff.
