I was told that TSB does not provide printed bank statements. But I successfully printed one at the Byres Road branch on the same day.

Tsb now provide poor service on a Saturday especially St Vincent St Glasgow branch why have a bank open if you can't get a cashiers help to make high financial withdrawals
They really need to fix this or close on a Saturday

I was down in Glasgow to collect a new car went to do bank transfer on the App no success called help line still no success they suggested I go to a bank branch in person
I went to the St Vincent branch and met Melody who was fantastic took me into an office and checked my requirements and checked identification for security reasons very competent checks done and transfer was completed. Very friendly efficient service this lady was incredible a credit to her profession and TSB banking

These are the benefits of still being able to have a human interface with customers with that caring can do attitude

I can see why this branch has an appalling google review rating.For a recapitalised bank as TSB the staff certainly act on a way that would ensure any business goes down.They are so slow in what the do, they are also bizarrely dumb and tbh it?s going to be no surprise when this branch is shut in due course
