The receptionist and her colleague were so polite and welcoming - she had long dark hair, I forget her name. Her and her colleague were advising us about parking for the Tutankhamen Exhibition. She was just so genuine and had real customer service skills.

If you have a ground floor room beware of the floor above, when someone is walking on the floor above the whole ceiling sounds like it is going to collapse, I could not get to sleep at all because of how loud and creaky the floor above was

typical Travelodge - but that's not a bad thing. clean and comfortable rooms, not that bad a price but obviously they milk it when theres a big gig locally - cant say i blame them. no breakfast facilities (or not that I noticed). quite a hike from Bellahouston Park but luckily I was REALLY drunk so just got a march on.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days while visiting friends. The rooms are clean, airy, and spacious. Each room has its own TV and a kettle with tea and coffee available. Towels are provided, so you don?t need to bring your own. The beds are clean and comfortable, and it's very quiet throughout the hotel. There is plenty of parking available, and the check-in process is easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked 2x rooms for 6x people and during original arrival, there was a huge queue of cars leading out onto the main road from the hotel car park. We were sat waiting for what felt like eternity, only to then be told by a male in a high visibility coat guiding the traffic that the two lanes leading into the car park were for a desert/burger shack on the otherside of the car park. I'd suggest not driving to the hotel from 5pm onwards to avoid this situation as despite the drive thru supposed to be one lane, drivers use both anyway. We asked staff at reception about the drive thru and they described it as a 'nightmare' and it being an everyday occurrence.
The room itself was fine, despite a broken toilet lid and two very solid pull out beds. The breakfast in a box was also pretty poor, I'd suggest saving your money and just use the local shops for breakfast. Staff were all very friendly nonetheless.
