Just booked holiday of a lifetime with Trailfinders to Australia and Newzealand. All went well with actual booking process but of course the test is sadly when something goes wrong. Unfortunately our luggage did not arrive with us and although we booked and paid Trailfinders to organise the trip they have left it with ourselves to sort out saying they will not be contacting Emirates. The first day of our 5 days in Sydney has been ruined and we still don?t have our luggage. Looks like this will continue into tomorrow. We have had to cancel an excursion today snd possibly tomorrow as well. Unfortunately seems there was little point in booking through Trailfinders. I would have been as well booking myself as they we y have left us with it.

The perfect place to book an ?all out?holiday. We were in great hands with Felicity and she sorted out a honeymoon for us in no time and we were very surprised at what?s included in the price, great value. Would highly recommend if you?re thinking of planning a ?special? holiday, especially a honeymoon.We will definitely be back in the future for our next adventure.

My first visit to trail finder. Joanna was so helpful and friendly. I liked her. she searched for the best price and all the flights connection time for me. Definitely I will come back here and will recommend friends too. Thank you Joanne.We went in at 1.15pm today. We patiently waited for nearly three hours before we got served by lovely Alex. We got it sorted in 50min.It was insane having to wait that long time. We can't fault the staff. Three staffs is not enough. We have noticed a couple of the clients taking at least three hours or more of the staff time. One didn't even purchase the ticket. When we left one couple were still there. It's crazy!!By the way love the new office deco.

Fantastic place for organising a big trip abroad. We managed to book a trip to Chicago and New York. Trailfinders organised everything including rail tickets and transfers. Great service
