Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff are rude and not very understanding. When a mistake happens it's never there fault everyone makes mistakes this chemist just pass the buck it's never there fault. I have found staff to be unhelpful and quite rude. I will not get my medication from them again I would rather go to somewhere with better customer service skills. given the medication I take they should know how to talk to and treat someone with mental health issues. 0/10
