We recently attended a hen do at the club. We confirmed 29 guests and paid for food for 29 people. On the night 25 people attended and 2 people weren't eating anything so food was required for 23 people. What came out was delicious but was barely enough for half of that number! Those at the back of the queue stood waiting thinking more food was coming out. When it didn't they spoke with bar staff who said that was everything and as the chef was abroad at a competition there was nothing they could do! It was completely unacceptable to take the booking when you weren't there to oversee the evening and to leave insufficient food for the bar staff to serve.Furthermore, Naya's attitude towards the person who organized the event after they complained has been despicable. Refusing to engage in dialogue and point blank refusing any refund despite the fact some of our party were left hungry!No way would we book this venue again. We feel scammed!!
