Poor service received from Steff Who said he's the manager of this shop but honestly, I've been here for a few times, He is doing the WORST. Went to the screwfix instead, Staff there was sooooo helpful.

Disappointing, placed an order to collect here after work, travelled over and found out they'd closed 10 minutes early (at least, as the shutter was already down when I arrived). It's not a massive amount of time, but still isn't great, especially if you've just walked in the typical Glasgow weather

The only con I have is that we couldn't view the inventory because it was all behind the counter. This meant that you really have to know what you want and be able to describe it to the person behind the counter. My experience went very well.
