Actually had the most baffling experience. Tried to purchase two Empire biscuits, to which I was informed that whilst I could see the Empire biscuits, easily 30 odd of them, they were in fact tomorrow?s Empire biscuits and that I couldn?t have them. I was then told that if I want some, I would have to come tomorrow. Take in mind this was four p.m. and the place doesn?t shut till eight. I had to call my dad. I was laughing that hard leaving.

Came in here after a number of people suggested it. Didn?t have food as nothing really appealed but it is usually coffee shop fair.
Had an iced Americano and asked for it to be in a take out cup - I prefer over sit in cups and this didn?t happen which is fine but was a bit like?ugh.
I think the good thing about this place is how spacious it is - deceptively so. There?s lots of space so it?s a nice place to be.
Also, we spotted some celebrities. So a good spot to do that (Channel 4 building across the street).

Good for a quick business lunch or a relaxed wait with a coffee. They have Mexican lemonade as a specialty.

Popped in for breakfast. The waitress was not friendly or smiley. Plus limited variety of food options. Not good value for money as this is not what I would expect from small business when I actually went in with the intention to help them.

Went in for coffee with my daughters and 2 grandchildren. There's a piano at the rear of the place. Whatever you do, don't touch it. The children did for a few seconds and a female came out from her office to tell us to 'get the girls off off it'. They weren't loud, and it was only a few seconds. Remove the piano, or lock it if you don't want anyone to touch it. Get happier staff. Also get a cleaner for the toilets. They're disgusting. Coffee mediocre at best. Funnily enough, I dont recommend

My mate and I popped here for a coffee and a snack during our glasgow visit. Staff were friendly. We have two lattees with flavout syrup which were nice. A ham and cheese toastie which was good and came with a bag of crisps and a little tub of mayo and a choclate twist. All for 19 quid and you get a little buzzer to let you know it was ready. We sat outside in the sun and watched the world go by for a bit. Nice little cafe and would reconmend
