Was served by Connor i needed a watch battery he was lovely nice and polite went once before was served by someone else not a very nice person just couldn't be bothered, only called in this time because I really needed a watch battery will definitely go again especially if Connor is working at the time otherwise I will keep calling in on the hopes it's him serving

I can't rate this place enough especially Joe. I had a item a small wooden and metal plaque it needed fixed and cleaned up. Joe helped me even though this wasn't a service they do. He sourced the nails needed himself and took no money for doing the job. This item was very special to my family and joe looked after it well .I'm extremely grateful for the tremendous service. I got a battery for a watch for a great deal and Joe fitted and set it in great timing he is efficient and deliveries 5 star service. Thank you.

Was in to get links taken out of two watches that were slightly more difficult than a normal push pin. Bailey was fantastic and spent the time sorting out both and ensuring sizing felt right. He was very personable, having some chat whilst he worked on them and his customer service was exceptional. Have also used this same branch for dry cleaning many times and rarely had any issues.

Amazing service from Chris went in for a new car key battery and he was very quick and swift in replacing it also offering a lifetime gurantee. He also put a new pin in my watch free of charge. Will definitely be back!
