Got my watch battery replaced in timpsons inside brahead shopping centre by a really nice, polite and helpful man. Really quick and easy, would 100% use again!

Really disappointed in the customer service today, from the beginning to the end.
The elderly gentleman running the branch is in dire need of some basic customer service training.

Took my walking boots to be repaired as heel was worn. Initially told they couldn?t be fixed to then being told they could possibly be sent away at a cost of £85.00 - may be repaired but not likely.
On way home saw a Cobblers in Renfrew so went and asked for a second opinion. Boots were repaired at a cost of £14.00.

Battery ran out watch ..changed no problem , i have 2 watches that i payed the lifetime guarantee.great idea ..well worth it..had payed £18 for each watch few year back , dont know how much it is now..very proffessional. I used the Timpsons inside Asda parkhead forge

Was served by John at Timpsons Braehead, fantastic customer service. There was a problem with the replacement car key. I had ordered it online through Keynow. He sorted a replacement and arranged a time etc that was very beneficial to me.Wonderful customer service from John , a great ambassador for Timpsons, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in plain easy to understand language.
