I was locked out my flat because my key broke. I was panicked and ran to timpson to purchase a new key. However, the manager offered to cut a key for me free of charge so that I could get back into my flat. The service here is 10/10 and the manager was super helpful. I will 100% be using this shop again. Thanks for the help. 5 stars

Val at the Timpson shop at the Forge Shopping Centre Park head, was absolutely incredible with my little girl. We had tried everything to get a passport photo in other shops but they wouldn't pass. He just knew how to distract her and get the photo right. Thank you. Great customer service.

Robbing basterd £9 each to copy 2 keys, no wonder no prices displayed.Advertising 3 for 2 on key cutting but have to be all the same keys which he doesn?t tell you until he?s starting cutting which took whole 30 seconds.

Not great customer service. Had a lifetime battery change for a watch. The man was rude, didn?t say ?hello? or ?bye? or a ?thank you? (barely made any eye contact) I note I?m not the first person to have written such a review. Would not recommend. Manners cost nothing. He didn?t even change the time, total lack of customer care. Timpsons - if your branches clearly don?t appreciate this lifetime battery change - you should maybe rethink this or encourage your branches to give adequate customer service.

This is for asda tollcross one, the young server lassie brown hair was very helpful and friendly and was able to recommend trying the one in parkhead to get another sole and segs on my ghillie brogues. A great asset to your company, knew what she was talking about and like I said very friendly and helpful.

Took boots in to get re soled after I had a bad experience with a cobblers in Baillieston. The man in Timpsons explained what needed done & gave me a very competitive price. Available for pick up after 24 hours & very happy with overall service. Highly recommend Timpsons?
