Tried resolving an issue with three by communicating with someone from India via the live chat on the three website. By the end of it I was told then next step would be for me to go to the three store due to security they couldn?t do anymore for me online. So I popped into this store and explained the situation only to be told to call the three technical team. What is the point of having a three store if they can?t provide any technical help! So I got home and called the three technical help number and got back through to someone from India who despite the language barrier tried her best for me. She has raised a ticket internally so I now need to wait a further 7 days for an update to see if they can fix the issue. Not the best customer service so far.

Popped in to the store on Thursday, totally at my wits end with storage. Having to delete precious photos and videos nearly every day to allow me to take new photos. Thank you so much to the very capable, kind and extremely helpful Erin who sorted it all out. Turns out i was in the wrong provider but she took so much time to help me. A huge thank you.

Popped in for a phone transfer. Was looked after exceptionally by Michaela, she was lovely. Transferred all the apps from my wife's old phone onto her new one. Sorted us out with a SIM only deal for the old phone. Highly recommend using this store, couldn't imagine using any other

Came in tonight ..Stressed and to be honest just not sure what i was looking for.Looked after by Craig....what an asset to your company and store.Took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted and I left feeling a valued customer .To be honest I was not going to take out a new monthly contract was going to go to Sim only but an accident with my phone made me reconsider my options.While I was going to go and buy a phone elsewhere just because of this guys attitude , knowledge and honesty I didn't.You don't get customer service like this nowadays but this was first class

I am a 3 customer and was having a wee bit of a problem today Sunday 19th November with my sim/phone that I didn?t understand (as I?m not very savvy with tech ) so I popped into the Glasgow Fort shop for advice, and the assistant manager Mark (I think his name was) couldn?t be anymore helpful, pleasant, well mannered and nothing was too much trouble for him. He sorted my problem out to my relief. So I just want to say if all your staff are like Mark you?re way in front with customer service?Thanks Mark?Marie 3 customer ?

Pathetic customer service over the phone, could not discuss the package deal, told me I would need to come into store? , I've called other three stores and they had no issues giving me prices over the phone, this store just do not know how to provide customer service, AVOID
