I went in with what I thought was going to be a difficult problem, the staff were extremely helpful especially Pardeep. If you are having any issues at all I would go in and ask for him as he made the whole process very easy and explained everything to me every step of the way. Extremely happy with the service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I dealt with the young Indian woman who quite frankly doesn?t have a clue about her job and evidently needs retrained.
1 week before Xmas I went into the three shop to take out a new deal as where before I was getting ripped off £53 a month for a iPhone 13, I then bought a new phone from apple and wanted to take out a sim only deal to save me money a month, she told me I would pay my last payment in December and to come back into the store in January to switch the sims over, when I came back in, it was hassle after hassle and I was also told by another staff member I would need to pay januarys payment as well, the staff member lied to me in December about this, also the way about switching numbers was very confusing and at the time she told me it would be a easy process, this woman should not work with customer service and also to add she wanted to charge me £27 a month to start with but the man from apple told me about a sim that was the exactly the same for £10 a month and when I went back in she acted like she never saw that one, so unsatisfied, can?t wait to never go back to three ever again. Not only the worst phone shop but probably the worst company to ever exist

Having had major issues with out internet provider, I went into the shop to see if there was any options they could assist with to provide me with internet for an interim period. Thank you Graham for your assistance today! After a stressful 24 hours, speaking with you for 20 minutes and we had a solution! A credit to your company and made sure to provide us with the best service .

I have never been so dissatisfied with a company in all my years.
All I wanted to do was simply upgrade my device + plan, I firstly went into the store and told the employee about a deal that I wanted. (Samsung Galaxy 6 Fold full bundle with 25gb data for roughly £65 a month)
The employee stated that they could not provide the buds and offered me a deal for the device only. I took the device with the option of a 14 day cooling off period.
Upon speaking to an online assistant I was told I could cancel the deal I made in store and get the original deal advertised. They then informed me I had to go into the store again to cancel the deal in person, i informed the assistant that I have 2 new borns in my house and this would be difficult however I managed to get back to the store.
The store assistant then cancelled all of the deals, however couldn't put me through on the original deal that day due to how recently the device only deal had been cancelled.
The store assistant told me to get the original deal I wanted online. Upon going back online they told me I have to now wait 90 days to fully upgrade my device and plan.
All I wanted was a simple upgrade on contract and device and I have spent over 3 hours on a live chat and had 2 trips into a store, this is with 2 new borns in my household under 1 month old.
I have been a 3 customer for roughly 10 years and I have never felt so disheartened with a company
