I would consider myself to be reasonably competent at diagnosing issues, and when we added another item to our list of products we currently have with Three, we expected a reasonable service. Instead, the WiFi Hub that we received didn't work, it was not being detected at all in WiFi services - although it did work with a direct Ethernet Cable. So we tried it in various places, and we also swapped over the Three SIM card from another similar Hub that we have at a different site - basically no joy, the new Hub was not being detected anywhere. So we dropped in to Sauchiehall St as this was where we did the additional contract, as I said we have several contracts, amounting to a few hundred pounds each month. Upon entering the store, I tried to explain the issue to a young girl from Three, she didn't really want to listen to what I was trying to explain - all she said was she could try to replace the SIM - if we had ID, we didn't have ID - as we had been previously told ID was only required when taking out new phone deals. Anyway, she eventually said she would try the hub and after a few minutes said it was working, so I asked her to show me it working - when she tried to show it working it was not working, and by now we had discovered that we were a couple of days over the 30 day period, but I asked if the manager had any discretion due to the amount of business we give to Three, she said she would ask. A man appeared and was just as unsympathetic as his colleague and said customer services would need to deal with this as it was over the 30 day period. Totally unhelpful staff, and this is not the first time, we will be recommending that all our clients stop using Three, and we are considering what to do next, but needless to say we will not be giving Three any more business, horrendous experience.

A Fantastic Service Today From Ali in the Mobile Phone Shop on Sauchiehall Street. ( Three Mobile ). Ali was very professional & Courteous when He Was Assisting Me. He is Extremely Knowledgeable With Advising Customers With Their Phone , Tablets etc He Explained Everything in great Detail. Ali is A Credit To The Company. I Am Extremely Happy With The Service l Received Today. Many Thanks Ali.

The service is so poor and fraud. The price of the advertisement is different from the actual price. The offer shows 16 pound and this didn?t contain VAT. 16 pounds is not the actual price you need to pay. They said the price will be 16 pounds now, but the actual is 17.5 pounds without VAT. Also when you want to contact with their agents from online, they will end your conversation suddenly when you said they are fraud.

Had a great experience in the Three Sauchiehall st branch yesterday .From walking in to being allocated my sales assistant.I had a lovely girl called Jodi a really pleasant and helpful girl .I am not a phone or IT tech and she got me a good upgrade and made sure all my stuff transfered across..all in a very pleasant experience would recommend

Was in today 30th Jan 2025, David could not be more helpful in trying to help with upgrades. Murray assistant manager also tried to help. Due to technical difficulties outwith their control upgrade could not happen. But rather than just say sorry and bye, they took my mobile number and will phone me when issue is resolved.
On another note, even when I walked in, I was offered a seat by David as could see I use a walking stick. The help and professionalism of both these gentlemen is what good customer service is about. Ty both for your patience and help.

I had a very positive experience today in Three's Sauchiehall St. branch. I received a lot of help and advice from a young customer advisor called Siobhan. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient she was. She went above and beyond to find me the very best deal for home broadband, as well as looking into a potential change of mobile SIM. Throughout this process, she remained chatty and friendly despite me dithering about making a decision! By the end of the interaction, I had saved £7.46 per month on my broadband - approximately £179 over a 24-month contract. Siobhan is the sort of young woman who could excel at anything she put her mind to.

I had an excellent experience with Ali, the sales advisor who helped me with my Three plan. He made the entire process so smooth and straightforward, and went out of his way to ensure I got the best deal on an iPhone. 1 terrible company, when i signed the contract it was only £23 per month, but it is not true to the contract, i have to pay over £40 per month. and i will cancel the contract soon. and the staff of the network, most of them are not enthusiastic, and friendly, and not ready to help customers.

I had an awful experience with Three, the worst mobile company in the UK. Despite upgrading my plan, them SCAMMERS managed to access all my information and even placed a device order on my account without my consent. They don?t stop calling, and never informed me about this unauthorized access. Their customer service is terrible and they all sound the same. To make matters worse, I had to delete my number to prevent further issues. My main concern is that they can access my info on the system, including my bank details. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Three to avoid such scams and frustration.
