A good art supply shop and also has lovely seasonal calendars. The Works at present is located on the first floor.

Out shopping and called in for dinner. Met the charming Bobby at reception and he showed us to our table. He was so friendly and attentive during our visit. He is a great ambassador for the company. Big shout out to the kitchen brigade for the very tasty food. Menu is varied and caters for all tastes. Great atmosphere. Good prices. Well worth a visit when in the area. Will definitely be back soon.

Very limited menu, we decided to have 4 starters to share plus nachos. Ordered chicken wings, they were cold, we returned them. The starters weren?t very nice, we didn?t eat the nachos, as didn?t taste good. I would never return. I have used The Filling Station numerous times over the years, and never had a complaint, but this has put me off returning

We had dinner at this restaurant. We were greated and seated quickly upon arrival. Our wait person was friendly and efficient. We had the fish and chips and BBQ ribs. Both were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
