Visited the store to buy an aftershave gift set for my husbands birthday paid by card heard my notification on my phone from the bank to confirm the payment the girl told me the payment hadn't gone through asked me to put my card in the machine which I reluctantly did to be charged again had some hassle to get a refund now having to wait to get my money back with only a sorry for the inconvenience on the phone ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years spent an absolute ridiculous amount over the years but ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Staff were knowledgeable but when they didn't have what I wanted were very unhelpful to try track it down at another Perfume Shop which I had to do myself , they were quite pushy to make me buy something I didn't want

Bought a perfume box set here & it was the same cost as just a perfume from another store.The little personalised gift wrapping they're offers right now (at an extra cost mind you!) adds a nice little touch.
