Visited the store to buy an aftershave gift set for my husbands birthday paid by card heard my notification on my phone from the bank to confirm the payment the girl told me the payment hadn't gone through asked me to put my card in the machine which I reluctantly did to be charged again had some hassle to get a refund... read full comment

Staff were knowledgeable but when they didn't have what I wanted were very unhelpful to try track it down at another Perfume Shop which I had to do myself , they were quite pushy to make me buy something I didn't want
