I?d like to extend my heartfelt thanks once again to the wonderful Diane in Perfume Shop Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow, who - together with her lovely colleague- delivered an exemplary level of customer service and professionalism on 01/09/25, despite very difficult circumstances.
Diane went above and beyond to ensure I received my aftershave that same day, all while managing a delivery and coping with staff shortages. She handled everything with calm, composure, and a smile, which made a real difference.
Both Diane and her colleague (whose name I unfortunately didn?t catch) truly deserve recognition and reward for their efforts. It?s their strong work ethic and commitment that keep services running smoothly and ensure excellent results.

I recently visited The Perfume Shop and was impressed by their extensive fragrance collection. They offer a wide range of perfumes from various brands, making it a great destination for perfume enthusiasts.
The staff were helpful and courteous, taking the time to understand my preferences and recommending some nice scents. Niamh was particularly helpful, providing excellent service and ensuring I found a fragrance I liked.
The store atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff's product knowledge was impressive. I appreciated the opportunity to sample different perfumes before making a purchase.
Overall, my experience at The Perfume Shop was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good selection of perfumes and friendly service. Niamh's service was standout, and I'll definitely consider asking for her again.

Called in today met Garley smikface offered to help me choose a new fragrance. Asked a few relavent questions before offering sampling . I chose one and got a couple of free samples similar to one l had chosen great comparasmen. Thank you Harley your a star

I went to this store today to try th smell of an edt that's on hotukdeals. The young preety girl was very polite, she went that extra mile to check the back if they have any spare, she also promoted the discount available in the store at that moment... in the end I didn't buy even though she managed to get one. Good service from the shop assistant though.

First class service the other day purchasing from Buchanan Galleries. The welcome and help I received from the perfume shop was outstanding after I was badly treated in John Lewis. The male with long hair (sorry didn't get your name) and his colleague were super friendly and mega helpful. One of the nicest purchases I have ever made from two super efficient members of staff, first class!!!! Perfume shop, give them a raise! 10/10.

We didn't buy anything there because we were waiting for the Black Friday Sale. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, she knew everything about the products in the shop and helped us through with choosing the perfume. It was a good experience. We went just a little while before closing time so the shop wasn't crowded at all and we could take our time to shop. Will be coming back during the Black Friday sale, they've got great deals coming up.
