Very rude staff that apparently don?t enjoy communicating with each other, or doing their job. Not hard to double check things with each other rather than loudly berating customers who don?t know any better. Poor show.
Shame because the food was delightful! At least the chefs take pride in their work.

Went with my boyfriend, brother and niece and nephew. Food wasn't up to much at all and for the price it just over all wasn't worth it. Staff weren't too friendly either. Just won't be back.

Went this afternoon, was very disappointed. Always rated TGI well but haven't been for a while. It's went downhill. The food took its time and when arrived it was cold and to be honest not up to much. We were a table of 9 mix of adults and kids so expected to wait longer than normal for food but still we would like it warm. The prices are ridiculous for the quality. £180 for 4 adults, 5 kids and that's not even 2 courses each!
Unfortunately we won't be back.
