Board outside Glasgow Fort branch, stating 20% discount if attending cinema above.
This was a treat for my daughter who always enjoys TGi?s.
My wife queried the 20% discount as we were led to our table.
We were told not to worry, he would see us alright.
He then highlighted the Christmas special, which was a starter and main for £21.
Turns out the Christmas special did not qualify for the discount.
At no point when taking our order did he bother to highlight this, even though we had asked as soon as we came in.
To make it worse, there was no discount on the meal from the mains menu, or the drinks.
The staff should perhaps think about wearing masks!
I have sent 2 emails to customer service to highlight this, TGi?s have totally ignored them.
This is a warning to anyone looking to use the claimed 20% discount.
Will never set foot in TGi?s again, nor will my daughter.
What a vile company.
