Shocking trip to what was once a thriving place to go. Food was awful and the place is run by kids on minimum wage who haven?t been properly trained and can?t be expected to provide a genuinely good service (therein lies the problem!). As an example I had buffalo wings that came out without celery sticks. Young lad that served me didn?t seem to know what a celery stick was but managed to find me some from what appeared to be off the floor, brown and curled up like the mice had been at them. Everything seems to be boil in the bag and pre cooked rubbish. A far cry from the TGI Fridays that hit the streets back in the 90?s. Will avoid the place from now on and try some of the more caring providers.

The food was ok. Small plates to make it look like you have more than you do. The salad was missing from the starter. The waiter was good and attentive. Very busy and had to wait for a table even though we had booked.

Lovely place to dine with a friend or partner. Food was amazing and service was super fast and helpful thanks to a gentleman called lewis. Would highly recommend

Ok for a quick bite after shopping or before a night out. Food is average burger was on par with McDonalds but the sweet potato fries were really good.
Cocktails are nice. If you go to the back page of the menu some of them for £3 extra you can have a massive version which is far worth it.
Decor nice there?s a carousel horse you can take photos on but unfortunately the toilets smelled of sick.
Service was alright it?s Saturday early evening and really busy so they don?t really have time for you and did smile once but didn?t explain the menu or how the bigger cocktails were a better deal (we had another table tell us)
Bar and block near st Enochs square was similar options but so much nicer

Where do I start....staff, amazing, food was just wow!! Over ordered as we don't get off isle of Cumbrae much. Chicken strips with sesame seeds, loaded fries and more! Just fabulous!! Thanks
