This shop has the most amazing staff, everyone from early morning right through till evening are super efficient & very welcoming, had a great experience with Ornalla today, this Lady went above & beyond to help with my query. Security man is such a lovely person & very welcoming. Thank you very much.

Local shopping (bread, some vegetables, cereals, cheese, snacks...). There is not much else to say, one of the smallest places but a safe bet.

Good wee shop for popping out if you need something. Staff are typically very nice, however one staff member (a lady with short hair) is rather unpleasant and has zero customer service skills.

Normally an ok place to shop (the prices are hiked up a bit but hey). But there seems to be a new manager and the staff are rather unpleasant now. Staff member was very upset I asked him to man the counter and sell me stuff?!?From now on I'll try and avoid. Recommended you do too until a change happens!

Staff in here are always helpful but the security guard with the beard is extra sweet, and aware of his surroundings at all times.

Not as big as other express shops so missing some of the offers and stock you'd find in bigger stores. Staff were helpful when I asked for directions to a product. ?
