This is my regular Tesco stop and I always have a pleasant experience. The manager is the best of the staff, but there are some really lovely folks working under him too. Nothing bad to say!

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in just before closing and they still helped amazingly and went above and beyond. Usually staff would be quite tired and unhelpful but not the case here.vegetables are fresh electric kitchen item are best in tesco

Thank u to the security guard just started his shift sat 19th Oct 24 I was struggling with my mobility and the lift for disabled we couldn't get to work he made sure I got my lucozade and carried my small case to my car making sure I got back safely after being in Mitchell library cafe repair shop he went out his way to make sure I got my shopping thank u . Shocking behaviour from a member of staff being cheeky then when challenged on their behaviour become threatening. Assume it would all be caught on camera and have raised a formal complaint with their head office.

Save yourself your sanity and go a few streets along to the co op. Staff are rude and unhelpful. The security guard stalks you around the store acting like they house the crown jewels.I was accused of theft in the middle of the store by the security staff and a young "supervisor" type. I had a large bag and they decided the day after this allegedly happened, that I'd out something in my bag. They refused to call the police and would not listen to a word I said. I left in floods of tears.After making a complaint I then got an apology from the manager and the guard but the young man who was meant to apologise never did. I went in a couple of times after this happened but I still felt really uncomfortable and still got stalked by the guard that accused me. I now happily go to the Co op a few streets over. Staff there are polite and I'm not made to feel like a thief.Over priced and highly unprofessional. Whatever you do, don't look in your own bag.

It is a small but well-stocked supermarket, and the hours are very long (every day from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.) so it saves you from trouble. The staff was also attentive, as we got involved with the self-collection box and they immediately came to give us a hand.

Woman who I think is the manager is rude and unprofessional. If you ever get her at the counter expect huffs and puffs, can?t miss her, obese with an attitude. If you don?t like dealing with the public get another job hen. Will never shop in there again.

Highly non professional and rude staff. I visited with my family and contactless payment was unsuccessful so teller not told at the counter and upon realising he alerted the whole staff and guards. They treated us like we were thieves, we had two kids with us and it was really embarrassing moment for us. Almost all of them ran towards us and upon realising their mistake they did not even apologise to us.It is tellers responsibly to tell if payment is unsuccessful through contactless payment so that it may be done through pin. I think they need to be educated to atleast treat people like humans first.
